Eastleigh Town Council is committed to supporting young people by providing safe, inclusive and engaging opportunities where they can learn new skills, build confidence and develop positive relationships.
Our Youth Engagement Team works with young people aged 11-16, delivering a range of activities, projects and events that encourage personal development, promote wellbeing and help young people become active members of their local community.
We believe every young person should have access to positive opportunities and a place where they feel welcomed, listened to and supported. By working alongside young people, local schools, community organisations and partner agencies, we create activities that reflect their interests while helping them develop confidence, resilience and life skills.

Our Youth Engagement programme is centred around 3 key areas:
- Weekly Youth Sessions – Safe, welcoming spaces where young people can meet friends, take part in activities and develop new skills.
- Community Activities and Events – Seasonal activities, outreach events and opportunities to get involved in the local community.
- Youth Voice and Personal Development – Encouraging young people to share their ideas, influence activities and build confidence through participation.
Whether you’re looking to make new friends, try something different, take part in exciting activities or simply find a place where you belong, there’s something for everyone.
