Thanks to a grant from the UK’s Chewing Gum Task Force, Eastleigh Town Council has received fantastic new gum-removal equipment and Elly is excited to get it into action!

Over the coming weeks, keep an eye out for Elly as she takes the new equipment out across Eastleigh town centre, helping to remove those stubborn pieces of chewing gum from pavements and public spaces.

👋 See Elly out and about? Be sure to say hello!

The new equipment will help us keep our town centre looking cleaner, greener and more welcoming for residents, visitors and local businesses.

Together, we can help keep Eastleigh town centre clean, welcoming and free from chewing gum litter. Please bin your gum!
